About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at HomeCareDirect. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for our clients, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar care role, preferably with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our clients.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care and support.
