We are seeking a qualified Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Manager in one of our care homes in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, ensuring that care is delivered in line with regulatory standards, and mentoring and supporting our care home staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels within the home.

Requirements
  • Qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin
  • Experience in a care home setting
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
