Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Planning: Coordinate and schedule routine service and maintenance for our fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide expert advice and solutions to meet their needs.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and in-house systems, including SAGE.
- Fleet Planning: Plan and coordinate fleet hire, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in the motor industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in SAGE and other relevant software systems.
