Mental Health and Addiction Support Role

MASH Trust is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Hawke's Bay.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health and Addiction Support Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and guidance to individuals with mental health and addiction issues
  2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery programs
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans
  5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
