Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Fragrance Finance and Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance and data analytics department, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence across multiple brands and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to decode revenue and profitability drivers, influencing business and brand strategy.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and brand strategy by creating robust forecasting models that anticipate market trends.
  • Leverage external data sources to evaluate market performance, identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Steer investment decisions by providing invaluable financial modelling and analysis, challenging assumptions where necessary.
  • Conduct meticulous SKU-level profit analysis to inform brand and market strategies.
  • Evaluate ROI on media and in-store investments, supporting the Managing Director in establishing uniform KPIs across brands.
Requirements
  • A Levels or Bachelor's degree in Maths and/or Finance/Business/Economics.
  • A minimum of 1+ years in commercial analytics, financial reporting, or a similar role within the finance or data analytics department.
  • Expert in Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Excel knowledge fluency and speed will be an important requirement for a candidate comfortable with all Excel keyboard power functions and data analytics functions.
  • Strong numerical skills and mental maths acumen to be able to identify errors/inconsistencies in data or analysis quickly.
  • Commercial and strategic mindset.
  • Commitment to detail and quality.
