About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Aston Martin F1 Team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, leveraging Agile methodologies and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are clearly defined
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and validation processes to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards
  • Manage and monitor project progress, adhering to objectives while maintaining agility to accommodate shifts in project scope and priorities
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in software and infrastructure projects
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile ways of working, with hands-on approach to developing and managing a backlog and associated ceremonies
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-accessible language
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
