Job Title: Facilities and Admin Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Admin Manager to join our team at Aston Martin F1 Team. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities team, including maintenance of records, compliance, and data entry.
  • Support the Facilities team in maintaining planned and reactive maintenance logs, including liaison with external contractors and service providers.
  • Administer statutory certificates and support Employee Wellbeing, Lone Working, and HR-related tasks.
  • Support the Senior Estate and Projects Team Manager with HR-related tasks, including holiday entitlement, absence recording, and training matrix.
  • Administer employee and contractor passes and provide data for KPI reporting systems.
  • Book rooms and support diary management for the team.
  • Ensure high attention to detail and data input and record keeping.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and PC literacy skills, including MS Office, MS SharePoint, and ability to learn internal and CAFM systems.
  • Experience in FM Management Systems is an advantage.
