About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead our team of Inside Sales BDMs in achieving exceptional sales performance. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching and mentoring high-performing Telesales Executives, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 10 Inside Sales BDMs to achieve sales targets and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to improve sales performance and team engagement
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, including campaign development and statistical analysis to drive sales growth
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement action plans to improve sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and sales processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales management role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
