- Plan and execute sales strategies, including campaign development and statistical analysis to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement action plans to improve sales performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and sales processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales management role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
