A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Shift Manager to join the Domino's team in Hampshire. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement standard operating procedures and service standards.
  • Manage staff to ensure brand standards are achieved.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff according to company policies and employment laws.
  • Manage labour costs, plan, forecast, and set budgets and annual sales targets.
  • Manage cash and payment systems, ensuring staff and customer safety.
  • Implement and manage the marketing strategy and activities.
  • Plan and implement shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow.
  • Manage daily stock of food and beverage items and ensure food deliveries are correctly checked and stored.
  • Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems.
  • Hold weekly review meetings with staff to review targets, sales, and wage costs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume, retail food service restaurant at manager/assistant manager level.
  • Supervisory and leadership qualities.
  • Desire to progress to an Area Manager role.
  • Right to work documents in the UK.
