You will work at our head office, and will be responsible for managing bookings of up to 50 guests, ensuring a seamless booking experience, and driving pre-booked revenue.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage reservations across multiple sites, coordinating bookings of up to 50 guests for table bookings, bottomless brunch, area hire and catering bookings.
  2. Monitor and achieve pre-booked revenue targets by driving sales and securing advance bookings.
  3. Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure the smooth execution of bookings and ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded.
  4. Manage online review platforms and respond to guest reviews.
  5. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, handling all booking enquiries, confirmations, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  6. Regularly report on booking trends, revenue performance, and guest feedback to management.
  7. Work with the marketing and events teams to promote special offers and seasonal packages to boost pre-booked revenue.
  8. Ensure that all relevant documentation (booking confirmations, guest information, etc.) is up to date and accurate.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Previous experience in hospitality reservations management or a similar role.
  2. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  4. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and manage time effectively.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year.
