Position: Customer Marketing Manager

Location: Uxbridge

Compensation: £40,000 to £45,000


A newly established role for a Customer Marketing Manager is now available. We are eager to connect with seasoned Customer Marketing Managers seeking a fresh opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies and content to support the Sales Team
  • Create customized content for presentations, sales training, product documentation, case studies, blogs, and other sales tools
  • Develop scalable go-to-market content and strategic marketing campaigns
  • Manage marketing initiatives for clients through digital/direct marketing, social media, advertising, and industry relations
  • Ensure tailored content for key customer stakeholder groups
  • Provide analytics and insights to showcase the effectiveness of marketing programs and channels
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor progress for key KPIs and objectives to enhance sector penetration and increase revenue
  • Offer strategic direction and create integrated marketing plans, including web pages, blogs, emails, case studies, social media, lead nurturing campaigns, sales materials, advertising, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate on content strategy with the Communications Manager
  • Generate content for trade publications, press releases, client newsletters, and other initiatives to raise awareness and understanding of the business

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer or Product Marketing within B2B environments

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and executing marketing initiatives
  • Strong collaboration with Sales teams and a team-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in European languages is advantageous
