Job Summary:

NJR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our client's team in Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual to fast track their career in insurance and progress to an Account Executive position.

About the Role:

  • Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on insurance needs.
  • Support Account Executives in learning the ropes and assisting with renewals, quotations, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Contribute to new business development by collecting references from existing clients and generating new business.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and creativity to find the best solutions for clients, ensuring they are always covered.

Requirements:

  • Ambition and a focus on career growth, with a goal of becoming an Account Executive.
  • Proven experience in managing Commercial Insurance accounts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
