**Trainee Account Handler - Commercial Insurance**

We're delighted to be adding a Trainee Account Handler to the team in Bakewell to continue our tradition of providing new opportunities and to developing our team across their careers.

**On a day to day basis you'll be**:

- Supporting colleagues in providing excellent service to clients across their lifecycle with the business.
- Assisting with New business quotations, Mid-Term Adjustments (MTA's), Renewal queries and taking where required claims notifications.
- You;ll deal with all clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and accurately recorded (including issuing to clients)

**What you'll need**:

- A positive, can do attitude with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently (both written, verbal and via video)
- The ability to multi-task effectively whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.
- Ideally you'll have GCSE's (or equivalents) in English and Mathematics as a minimum and be looking to study for professional qualifications in the longer term.
- Able to work from the Bakewell office on a daily basis.
- Be comfortable working in a team environment and able to contribute towards the offices targets.
