About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Brown & Brown. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation queries
- Work closely with account executives on larger cases
- Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels
- Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
