Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview

LRQA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our business assurance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in a business-to-business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems, with experience in using proprietary software for business processes.
