Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at the Goodwood Bar & Grill Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
  • Source high-quality ingredients, including locally sourced organic produce
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes
