About the Role:
Castlefield Recruitment is working with an organisation that makes a genuine contribution in the local area, seeking several enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
The position will be a temporary contract with the view of extension or permanent offer depending upon performance. The organisation is based in modern offices, easily accessible via public transport, with free onsite parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving face-to-face, telephone, electronic, and letter-based customer enquiries.
