We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director and Brand Strategist to join our team at WeComm. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing efforts and develop a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our brand across the UK and Ireland, translating our global strategy to maximize local sales while staying true to our brand values. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Development: Lead impactful 360° campaigns across all channels, including digital marketing, social media, and retail marketing.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Collaborate with media and brands to boost awareness and drive business growth.
  • PR and Communications: Oversee PR events and agency relationships, ensuring consistent and effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Social Media and Influencer Marketing: Localize and drive our social media strategy, including influencer programs, to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
  • Retail and E-commerce: Enhance in-store and online traffic and sales through effective retail marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Digital Transformation: Implement a robust omnichannel approach, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and lead our UK and IE Marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • Strategy Implementation: Proven ability to execute multichannel brand strategies, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth.
  • Innovative Engagement: Strong track record in customer engagement, with a focus on building brand loyalty and driving customer retention.
