Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of debt up to $8 million, across 500 national and non-national accounts.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, communicating with customers via calls, video meetings, and emails.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage and minimise aged debt and maximise cash collection using both EDI and Standard trading platforms.
  • Work within a fast-paced and busy environment, dealing with a high volume of calls and email queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience as a Credit Controller, ideally with some understanding of credit risk.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective, long-term relationships.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Commercial awareness, understanding business requirements.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and Outlook, as well as financial software packages.
  • Intermediate skill level of Excel.

What We Offer:

  • Contracted to 37 hours per week.
  • Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 16:30.
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) – plus more for long service.
