Job Description

Establish a Thriving Debt Recovery Department

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to lead the development of our debt recovery team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality, business-focused debt recovery service.

  • Lead the Debt Recovery Team
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand our debt recovery services in Birmingham
    • Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and build new relationships to drive business growth
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the debt recovery team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Build and Develop the Debt Recovery Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of debt recovery specialists to support the growth of our services
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service
  • Client Focused and Commercially Aware
    • Provide technical and strategic advice on debt collection to clients
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ambitious and Driven Leader
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
    • Collaborate with other teams to drive business growth and improve service delivery
