About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our supported living service at Lilly Hill in Bracknell as Assistant Support Workers. As a key member of our team, you will provide residential care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as shopping, managing budgets, and domestic tasks
  • Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to ensure a high-quality service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent service
Requirements
  • No prior experience in the sector is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Valid UK driving licence
