Full & Part Time Opportunities available - permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Longleat Ward, Wiltshire Health and Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our patients and their families.

Main Duties of the Job

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients

Supervising and supporting nursing associates, junior staff, and students

Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families

Requirements

First-level registered nurse qualification

Current/live registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Literate and able to prioritize and organize own workload

Astute interpersonal skills and ability to deal with difficult/sensitive situations

Enhanced clinical competencies, including venepuncture and cannulation

Up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and mental capacity legislation

Additional Criteria

Access to a vehicle that can be used for business purposes and hold a full and valid driving license
