Care Home Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing expert clinical guidance and support to our residents and their families. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support to our residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to our residents and their families
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our care home's policies and procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong background in nursing, with experience of working in a care home setting. You will be a compassionate and empathetic individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work autonomously, as part of a team, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
