About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at The White House Surgery. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our Clinical Pharmacy team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Provide advice and support to patients and colleagues on medication-related matters.
  • Conduct home visits and care home reviews to monitor patient medication and provide recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of medication-related policies and procedures.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss medication concordance issues.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmacy Council.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a medicines-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside of core office hours (rarely).
