Position Overview

Fandango Hospitality is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to enhance our culinary team at a prestigious boutique hotel located in the scenic North Cotswolds. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum plus tronc, with a standard work schedule of 5 days per week.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in fine dining or a high-end gastro-pub setting, with a minimum of 4 years experience at Sous Chef or Chef de Partie level. Due to the remote location, personal transportation is essential.

As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the head chef and leading a small team dedicated to crafting seasonal and traditional English menus of the highest quality. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

In addition to the salary, tips and tronc are distributed monthly, amounting to approximately £2,000-£3,000 annually. We offer a standard of 28 days annual leave along with a workplace pension scheme.
