The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating delicious, handmade products that are enjoyed by our customers across the South West and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Lead and manage a team of bakers and pastry chefs
  • Ensure high standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
