The Role
As an Accounts Payable Transaction Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry into the company's Accounts Payable system.
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies.
- Investigating and clearing aged invoice queries.
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding supplier invoices and payments.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Adhering to established SOx documentation and process controls.
- Supporting projects, testing initiatives, and process improvements.
About You
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email applications.
- Experience with Oracle systems is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
