Role Overview
Southern Co-op is on the lookout for a dedicated Retail Team Leader to enhance our store operations. Our retail locations serve as vital community centers, fostering connections and providing essential services.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to inspire and nurture a team of associates, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and fulfilling.


Key Qualifications:
We seek an individual who can energize the team, embody our core values, and actively participate in community engagement. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Essential attributes include self-drive, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in various aspects of store operations
  • Foster relationships with and support the local community
  • Aid in overall store management
  • Guide the team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Encourage growth and development within the organization
This position is part-time, requiring 27 hours weekly, distributed over three days. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, including availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends.
