**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Amica Care Trust. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, providing delicious and nutritious meals to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor stock levels and waste, ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and tidy, and that we are operating within budget.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary requirements of our residents, ensuring that they are delicious, nutritious, and attractively presented.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience of cooking in a professional environment.
  • Excellent staff management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within our staff values, promoting a positive and respectful attitude towards our residents and colleagues.
