We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lettings Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our Property Industry Recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process and growing our business in the residential lettings sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lettings process, including marketing, viewings, and tenancy agreements
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings management, preferably in a residential lettings agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Full UK driving license
