About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in Bury St Edmunds. As a key leader in our prestigious brand of Chewton Rose, you will be responsible for guiding a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service to our discerning clients, specializing in upmarket properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance.
  • Coach the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor individual team member performance.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
What We Offer
  • £60,000 per year, complete on-target earnings.
  • £22,000 to £27,500 basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline.
  • Uncapped commission scheme.
  • A BMW 1 Series Company Car, or a monthly Car Allowance.
  • Enrolment onto fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification.
  • Our new company-wide Elevate incentive program.
