We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Branch Manager to join our team at Rayner Personnel in Bury St Edmunds. As a Sales Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in estate agency or a related field
