Job Title: HR & Recruitment Administrator

Artemis Human Capital is seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment/HR Administrator to join a fast-paced HR team in a dynamic environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business, supporting recruitment activities and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment activities, coordinating with candidates and managers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Update and maintain job boards, collaborating with external recruitment agencies as needed to attract top talent.
  • Conduct telephone screenings, schedule interviews, and communicate offers or rejections to candidates in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the coordination of onboarding processes, including induction schedules, to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Perform full administrative duties in the recruitment and selection process, adhering to best practices and NI legislation.
  • Compile weekly and monthly recruitment KPI reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of working with all levels of staff to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your workload independently, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Desirable: 12 months of experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a manufacturing environment, with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently studying towards it.
