Job Title: HR & Recruitment Administrator

Location: 26,000

We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment/HR Administrator to join our fast-paced HR team in an international FMCG based in Dungannon.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business, supporting recruitment activities and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all recruitment activities for candidates and managers.
  • Update and maintain job boards and coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed.
  • Conduct telephone screenings, schedule interviews, and communicate offers or rejections to candidates.
  • Perform full administrative duties in the recruitment and selection process, adhering to best practices and NI legislation.
  • Compile weekly and monthly recruitment KPI reports and assist with diversity metrics and statistics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organisational skills.
  • Desirable: 12 months of experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a manufacturing environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 (or currently studying towards it).
