Senior Product Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Developer to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and technologies, working closely with our internal subject matter experts and external clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new products and technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as terminal, sterilisation, sterile, aseptic, processing, and project management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and ensure the development of a high-performing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product development, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in areas such as terminal, sterilisation, sterile, aseptic, processing, and project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
