Senior Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Specialist to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will play a critical role in bringing new products to market and driving business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between our internal development teams and external clients, ensuring that projects are planned, delivered, and implemented to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Product Development team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the CDMO/CMO space and the ability to coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders. You will also need to have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage client expectations.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in terminal sterilization, project management, and technology transfer processes. You will need to have experience working with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
