Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Specialist to join our team at RBW Consulting.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing CDMO, following a significant recent private equity backing, to bring in additional expertise to the Product Development team.

The successful candidate will act as a key interface between internal subject matter experts and external clients, ensuring that projects are planned, delivered, and implemented to the highest quality standards.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage client expectations and coordinate internal delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and expectations
  • Coordinate internal delivery expectations
  • Ensure project delivery to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in terminal sterilization or related field
  • Previous client-facing experience
  • Project management capability
  • Understanding of the CDMO/CMO space
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
