Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient's condition, including vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience as a Home Care Nurse or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Competitive salary range: £40,000.00-£45,890.00 per year
- Company pension and referral program
- Opportunity to work from home
Work Schedule:
- 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, day shift, night shift, and overtime available
- Monday to Friday schedule with weekend availability
Experience:
- Nursing experience: 3 years (required)
