Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in East Fife. As a Care Assistant, you will provide a range of care and companionship services to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide minimum 1-hour visits to clients, including introductions and ongoing support
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help prevent loneliness and isolation
Requirements
  • Reliable and trustworthy individual with a kind and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of clients and the business
