We are looking for a committed and experienced Housing Officer/Specialist Housing Partner to provide exceptional housing management services.

The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering a high standard of housing support to local residents, ensuring they can maintain their homes and enhance their quality of life.

As the primary contact for a designated area, you will oversee the upkeep of the environment and address any housing-related issues.

This role necessitates a thorough understanding of housing regulations and experience in public engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of housing operations, including Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), arrears, tenancy evaluations, account oversight, and tenant onboarding.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for tenants, ensuring a strong presence and delivering top-notch housing management services.
  • Oversee and report on safety and compliance within buildings.
  • Provide timely and effective assistance to tenants.
  • Lead housing management initiatives, particularly in ASB and arrears management.
  • Maintain precise records, including Health Wellbeing plans and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with commissioners, care providers, and other stakeholders to address tenant needs.
  • Facilitate swift tenant transitions and manage vacant properties.
  • Build strong relationships with Local Authority partners to meet contractual obligations.

Support residents in accessing financial assistance and inclusion services.
