Brand and Retail Training Assistant

Are you passionate about the luxury automotive industry and looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Brand and Retail Training Assistant to join our team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood.
As a Brand and Retail Training Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of face-to-face training and live global broadcasts within the Rolls-Royce Training Academy and across all Regions. You will also be responsible for creating and managing training pages on the Learning Management site (LMS), tracking and reporting on LMS completion and enrolment, and supporting and responding to delegate enquiries.
We are looking for a candidate with a positive and proactive attitude, detail-oriented, confident in face-to-face and written communication skills, and strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel. If you are interested in the Luxury and/or Automotive industry and are highly organized and independent, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £25,300, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme.
