Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Brand Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Full availability on late night trade and weekends, with Monday to Wednesday day availability
