Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Brand Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience. You'll work closely with our team to drive sales and achieve targets, while maintaining a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience
  • Drive sales and achieve targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a fast-paced and energetic store environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
  • Full availability on late night trade and weekends, with Monday to Wednesday day availability

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket retail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
