About the Role:

The New Homes Sales Advisor will be responsible for generating sales and acting as the first point of contact for prospective house buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell new homes by following up leads and booking viewing appointments.
  • Track and respond to all leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Show potential clients around properties, highlighting the features and benefits of each development.
  • Control the sales process, liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale.
  • Negotiate and secure sales, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Ensure potential buyers are financially qualified and able to proceed with the purchase.
  • Update internal CRM systems to reflect the progress of each sale.

Requirements:

  • Experience in new homes sales with a residential developer.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
