Development Sales Manager

We're seeking a site-based Development Sales Manager to join our Sales team in the Southern Region, located in the Chichester Area, reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day sales function on a development
- Be the first point of contact for potential and actual customers
- Secure the sale of homes and manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets
You'll be self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with good IT proficiency. We're looking for candidates who have a passion for delivering first-class customer service and who will be rewarded with excellent earning opportunities and the chance to further their career with a leading national house-building firm.
An excellent reward and benefits package is available, including a company car or car allowance, to reflect the value and status we place on our site sales roles. Flexibility as to working location is a key requisite of this site-based sales role.
