About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with stroke-related conditions in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions following a stroke.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive package of care to patients and their carers.
  • Contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service and wider Trust initiatives.
  • Provide cover for other physiotherapists in the service as required.
