Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Solutions team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate submission of contract commercial deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, responsible for the commercial function of the designated region.
- Ensuring the efficient overall commercial and financial management of assigned projects/region in a professional and ethical manner.
- Contribute to maximising the potential growth and development of the business.
- Ensuring execution of commercial activities of the project/region to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
- Providing commercial support and direction to project teams.
- Providing clear and accurate data for reporting the commercial performance of the project/region.
- Pursuing own professional development and providing guidance and support to develop other commercial staff.
Essential Qualifications/Skills:
- Full MRICS chartership or working towards.
- Degree Qualified.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
