Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to enhance our business development efforts at Michels & Taylor.
About the Hotel: Our establishment is strategically located in a vibrant area, catering to both leisure and business travelers. With over 130 well-appointed rooms, versatile event spaces, a fitness center, and a comprehensive dining experience, we are committed to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively marketing all hotel services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitor offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new business.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. A proven track record in sales, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive approach, are key to success in this position.
