Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and curation of technical content plans that deliver the support application developers need to do their best work on Arm-based technologies.

About the Role

As a Developer Learning, Senior Manager, you will work closely with experts across Arm, our partners, and developer communities to develop roadmaps of technical content that anticipate and solve developers' problems, driving the adoption of Arm and Arm-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical content plans that meet the needs of our partner organizations and various communities of developers.
  • Work with experts across Arm, our partners, and developer communities to identify and prioritize content gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs of our developers.
  • Foster a diverse network of contributors/authors drawn from across Arm, our partners, and developer communities.
  • Ensure an exceptional user experience for developers engaging with Arm.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing the development of learning content in computing.

Nice to Have

  • Software/computer engineering experience in a professional context.
  • Experience working with communities of developers.
