Role Overview: This position involves managing contributions received through various platforms, ensuring precise processing and fulfilling donor intentions. You will oversee and track donations using the systems established by the Fundraising Department. Your role is to deliver exceptional, compassionate supporter care services, fostering trust and loyalty among our supporters and the wider community, in alignment with the values of The Salvation Army.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process supporter information, contributions, inquiries, and requests at every stage. Serve as the primary contact for supporters and the public through both verbal and written communication channels. Prioritize supporter engagement, maintaining ongoing relationships with donors and the community. Collaborate with team leaders and management to address complex contributions, inquiries, and reporting needs.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

Experience in supporter services. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing sensitive topics with clarity and empathy. Proficiency in routine office tasks, utilizing relevant IT systems as needed. A detail-oriented approach to following established processes and procedures. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
